The residence was conceived as the most desirable location for the life time home formed with the multi-million houses in the community. This neighborhood is drawn out and located between the urban area and the river valley.

While designing the landscape it has been settled to diversify the types of vegetations cluster in order to bring more local birds to the outdoor space which is the source of the nature sounds.
Overall, in the site plan development the homestead has been decided to be design in the Neo-Classical style.
Beside the focusing on the softscape the project has included such features as gazebo, pergola, sport court, firepit patio and the fountain.
MODERN RESIDENCE IN ASPEN WOODS CALGARY AB
Aspen Woods community is known as one of the large part of once in a lifetime community with panoramic mountain views, breathtaking streetscapes and endless amenities.
The Detached house of this residence has been designed in Canadian Modern Style, and located by the direction of the Rocky mountain.
This project set on the boundary between an urban environment and the mountain.
The design takes both landscapes into account. House has been immersed into the high slope property land.
That was a pivotal concept in design contribution.
Ultimately, we have decided to build the TECHO-BLOC retaining walls in order to get a chance pull out as much as possible useful backyard space.
From the customer’s list of preferences we found and implemented most of the outdoor space features. The composition “house extension under the sky” was suggested to split onto two zones relaxation and functional.
On one hand the first zone endeavors to plunge you into sensation, sounds, scents, tactility (that include, softscape, fire pit, waterfall) on another hand to the second zone in active part of the backyard, where each resident can find himself involving in activity incl. (basketball game, gardening, hot tube lounging, chatting in a circle on the covered patio, do yoga on the lawn).

This property has been created in BAUHAUS style, inspired by German and founded by Walter Gropius in Weimar 1919 art school that combined art and fine crafts for urban zone.
The house was purpose for owners, who value the freedom from unnecessary things and use functionality of family schedule.
This is pretty affordable dwelling with deeply thoughtful plans for every day routine usage.
It has as only as 2000 sq. ft total area including the upper floor terrace.
It’s hard to list all the indoor and outdoor features of this stunning home, but it has five bathrooms three bedrooms and two saunas ( finish sauna and Hammam).

Once upon a time our customer has decided to move out from the city to the rural acreage. They found the compact house that satisfied their family members. It is not a secret that we are all eager time to time to immerse close to our mother nature in order to harmonize our state. The client wasn’t an exception. She requested us to design a tiny summerhouse that could be a great feature on their huge territory.
The pivotal point of her requirement was to have the Gazebo that let her to be covered from the nasty weather and avoid the flies or mosquitoes intrudes.
Furthermore any mechanical room break the gazebo concept. After All we got the solution. The wood burner fireplace. It could be cozy and functional.
At the beginning we proposed to make the round shape of the body with pyramidal type of roof.
Customer was impressed and would love it to have on the yard. She was analyzing this version for a couple days was discussing with family members and conclude we have to make more space, because time to time they used to gather with their friends. Definitely, we have to have at least 6 persons capacity.
So, what we designed as consequences of brainstorm. The rectangular structure is made of cedar wood that sheathed in wide Cedar boards and plywood.
In order to have a sense of nature presence such as the wind light breeze, the sounds of birds and flying insects, tree leaves rustles or ornamental grasses we implemented instead the regular glass windows the net screens

Tudor style gazebo has been designed for the residential customer in Upper Mount Royal, Calgary, AB (Summer 2018)
Ultimately, we have determined to use the cedar wood frame and kayu exotic wood in interior paneling.
Turned out that the customer is a connoisseur of Renaissance or Tudor style, therefore we have been forced to plunge into 16th century atmosphere in order to achieve the authentic result.
We have been challenged as well to follow the City of Calgary building code regulation for getting the permission in specified community.
After 3 month of struggling we have been approved to implement that project.
For easy transformation to make the gazebo part of the outdoor space, we suggested to integrate the retractable type of windows. In foldable state it opens to you the eight feet span.
